There are a few widely different opinions on the G. Hyatt NS. I'm concerned that this is due to the room levels; ie. if you stayed in the Regency club rooms, you got great service,rooms in good condition etc whereas in the lower levels (garden and ocean view rooms) you were more likely to experience rooms/facilities in bad condition, indifferent service etc.
I invite anyone who has stayed with G.H to examine their stay and give their opinion on whether these factors could account for the different assesments on GH given in the forum. What other factors could be involved? (eg. different expectations, implicit weighting of assesments towards rooms vs public areas)
Let's compile our knowledge on GH and really put this forum to use! And, as Max said in Sound of Music: "it wouldn't do me any harm either!" as I'm thinking of going to GH sometime! :-)
