I stayed there in November last year for a week with my wife and four year old daughter. Its location is good, right on the beach and close to Water bom park and Mathari dept store, close but not in the centre of the disco/pub area unless you want to go to the upmarket western disco thats just up the beach - Planet Holywood (I think). Also its just down the beach from the from the Kuta market. We stayed in a bungalow (upgraded from a normal room because we had a kid) that was very spacious and comfortable. The pool was good, (but the pool bar didn't impress me) and the restuarant on the beach was good, we only ate there once. However, being a bigger hotel it seemed to lack the friendly atmoshpere of the cheaper Barong Hotel we stayed at the week before. There seemed to be an older and more international mix of tourists compared to the cheaper Hotels I've stayed in where there's usually a higher propotion of Aussies. So if your after a good quality hotel thats close to the beach and other attrations (with not much wild partying by drunk Aussies in the pool) I would recommend it. However if your into partying at your Hotel with other guest I'd recommend something like the Bounty or Barong Hotel even though they are not on the beach. It depends what your after, we're Aussies and even though we had some bad reports about the Barong hotel (too many druken noisey aussies and small dirty rooms)from the forum we stayed there because it was cheap. Even though the rooms where small they were clean and all the drunken Aussies were in the back section with their own pool. We actually found the atmosphere here was better, every one around the pool were very friendly. So even though it wasn't up to the quality and location of the Natour we liked the atmosphere better.
