Ok, so what do we do for $$ in Bali. We are from the US. Where should we change $$. Is it true you get a much better exchange for a $100 bill than travelers checks, 2x$50 bills or 5x$20 bills? Are credit card exchange rates fair/favorable. I have not traveled in a land of wildy depressed/volatile currencies before, any advice would be appreciated. Also, what about crime, any concern about bringing a nice camera and/or video camera and leaving it in hotel room, etc?
