Hey Jack, even your bland taste buds can be catered for in Bali. Supermarkets and Junk food are everywhere.
You probably have a serious weight problem so I'd think twice before you ventured into Asia. You may even stuggle wobbling down the stairs from the plane and that would not be a pretty sight. My advice is to stay home, forget the Arak Attacks, have a Mac attack and keep Bali beautiful.
