I have deliberately kept out of your petty games until now. Before you start flaming, I've been going to Bali and the rest of Indo since the late 70's. For you to make the comments that you have made about the food makes me wonder about your experience in Bali. You should know quite well that you can get cuisines from all around the world in Bali including KFC, McDonalds, Pizza Hut etc. It is everyone's perogative as to what they decide to eat and the question should be answered sensibly with this in mind.
