We were in Bali last September and did not take the anti malarials. The Toronto Travel Clinic did not recommend them unless we were going to spend nights out in the rural areas. You should not have any trouble in Nusa Dua. Use Deet in the evenings ask for mosquito coils to be lit in restaurants at dusk and enjoy. We did not see many of the little critters at all, certainly nothing like the numbers here in northern Ontario.
