I tried to send an email, not sure if it worked, so I'll post this follow-up.
You can use towels at the hotel, just sign your room number.
There is a "newer" section of the hotel at the back near the second pool. We had friends in room 232 which was on the third level. Good for quiet nights away from the main pool and bar.
There is a washing service (never used it - we bought clothes if we ran out - it is so cheap!) I don't think it was expensive though.
You can also get massages at the hotel or ladies can have their hair plaited. It's really cheap for both, would recommend the massages. I think it was 30,000 rupiah for 1 hour and I believe they are superb.
I don't drink coffee or tea, couldn't really tell you about that, but I think the milk is okay in restaurants and hotels, not sure when you are picking it out yourself though at a supermarket.
By the way, there are great supermarkets at the back of the Matahari department stores (in Kuta square, Denpasar, etc)
I'm an Aussie girl, from Campbelltown in Sydney. Where are you from???
