Don't expect too much from a watch bought in Bali. Although some can last some time - not sure if you can get genuine seiko in Bali, but plenty good fake ones.
Celuk is the Silver capital in Bali - you'll go crazy looking. Also plenty of jewellery shops in Kuta/Legian/Ubud.
