Don't stay at the Hard Rock, it is overpriced and you may as well be in any other hot location...Even the Balinese working there don't seem to be comfortable. There are far better hotels at cheaper prices.
What are you looking for.. nice room air con...pool..stay anywhere...and anyone can use the Hard Rock facilities anyway you just walk in and no one says a word.
Look around and find a deal..consult Lonely Planet and Rough Guide.
If you are going to party your heads off you probably won't do very much of it at the Hard Rock anyway.
