I can recommend Wayan Sidhakarya in Ubud. In his classes he emphasises the interrelationship between culture and language so you learn a lot about Balinese/Indonesian culture as well as language. He is a very experienced teacher- he studied in the US for many years - and he will modify the classes to suit your needs. Last year individual tuition was 40,000 rupiah per hour and he also had classes for around 500,000 a month.
