Tamara check the forum archives. Many reports. Obvious one is tetnus up to date: Where are are you staying and what do you intend to do?
we had hep A this year ( after 12 years to Bali staying in hotels). Cholera & typhoid are not necessary if you stick to Bali and not necessary if you boil it: peel it: and know the kitchen it came from. Drink bottled water ( from the supermarket or back of the shop - out of the sun).
Visit your doctor for other requirements e.g for vomiting, diarrhoea. Take some demazin antihistamine tablets with you for drying up the nose. Also Rid or similar. Do not use perfume or makeup - the mosquitoes love it. While you won't get malaria( unless you are unlucky and are bitten by the the mozzie who just had a meal of a malaria sufferer!) the bites get itchy and can becomre infected. Hence the demazin tablets. Phernergan cream is available over the count and also take some Betadine ointment.
Really is no problem - just use common sense
Enjoy your Holiday - and coming from Melbourne TAKE THE SPF 15+ WITH YOU!!
REGARDS
