I have just checked out the site and I believe the 1995-1997 referred to at the bottom of the page is only Bali Online's copyright date. Bali online is a pretty current site and I think their prices would be up to date. However, it still gives some idea of the availability of very budget places to stay, they would only have gone up in relation to those around them, and probably still the cheapest. Sorry for any confusion, happy travelling.
