Jackets and coats

Greetings,
going over soon to kuta in bali and lombok.
just a quick question about suits jackets and the like...
what is the quality and cost of a jacket of about 3/4 quarter length, and can anyone suggest anywhere to get these made.
and more to the point any other comments.
