Janice, a while ago someone started a stupid rumour about smoking being banned in Bali. For whatever reasons, this fluttered a few smoker's hearts.. hence the (so-called) 'stupid question'. Having followed what's been going on over the last week or so, I thought it was quite a valid question as do, obviously, a few concerned smokers.
All hail the self-proclaimed 'Forum Polisi'. I feel so sorry for people such as you as you can't 'get into' the guts of the forum and edit whatever goes in, before it gets outs.
