At almost any beach place where tourists might visit, there are massages available. I have not been to the beach directly below the Bali Cliff but right next to the Bali Cliff (to the left as you look out at the ocean) is a surf spot called "Green Ball". The parking area for Green Ball is near the Bali Cliff, next to a small temple and is at the head of a loooong flight of steps that go down to the beach. Near the parking area and steps are usually many locals selling the usual goods and services. When I surfed there some would follow me all the way down to the beach advertising massage and wait for me to return to continue. My guess is that you will find them on the beaches below the Resort unless the hotel staff forbids them. Then you can always go next door to the surf spot.
