1) Leather-suede tailor-made items. Many places in Kuta, and Sanur. One place comes to mind for leather/suede: IMPERIAL, Jl Danau Tamblingan (Main drag in Sanur) Many, many models to choose from, plus your own designs, very good quality leather, and relatively inexpensive. Usually made to order in a few days.
2) Tailor-made suit, etc. Again many places in Kuta, Sanur and Ubud. My favorite is in Ubud, on Monkey Forest Rd, just across the football field (I forgot the name.)
3) Health problems. People do get sick in Bali, as everywhere else. Don't be over-concerned. "Aqua" and other makes of safe, bottled water are available, even in the most remote areas of Bali, plus soft drinks and beer. Food in restaurants is, in general safe, especially in the restaurants catering to tourists. Just don't eat the fruit cocktails sold by street vendors!
