Stayed at the Patra Jasa 10 days with wife and two kids aged 13 + 15 at Xmas.
No complaints.
As was mentioned this is a 5* hotel so expect to pay for service.
If you want a good hotel and be out of the way of the busy life in Kuta, but can get there with little effort this is the place for you.
Great hotel if you have kids say under the age of 12-13 years of age.
