Etc. All of the above and more - you can get easy, everywhere, good quality, so-so quality, expensive, bargain, colour/style-abundance. Personally I really wanted to buy one of those leather roll-bags (you know sports types). I didn't, but next time maybe.
Tip - pack light, ie something small just for toiletries and buy the biggest-brightest-best-Bali-bag, you'll need it for all those souvenirs.
