Rumours .... As one of the postings below stated ..... Regulating Smoking in Bali would cause an outrage!. Many , Many Baliense men smoke - clouds of smoke (mainly clove) is smelt everywhere.
Smoke till you choke - while still appreciating that it's to ones descrection and also consider others that don't.
