How freudient your posting title is and therefore how inappropriate it is for you to comment so. Just because I enjoy, that's right, enjoy doing it with "gusto" and you (and others) do it like your sentances should start "Once upon a time" means, correct me if i am wrong (as long as you are qualified), it's your kind that loses it.
Finally, smoking is a dying habit and only for losers (how appropriate that the "Puss in Boots" liberals and they take solice in and with each other). So, keep it to yourselves and stop preaching to and inflicting it on others, especially when I'm on holiday in Bali.
