Going to Bali March 19-April 1 with 18 year old son (last trip before college). We will be staying initially at the Le Meridien because it is included with the package but need a driver. Any recommendations for a driver near the Meridien (or will pick up at this hotel)? Also since I doubt that my son will want to spend his evenings with his mother, any recommendations for him (that will not give me angina). Finally need recommendations for restaurants near Meridien and near Holiday Inn in Lombok.
