Unfortunately I don't have an e-mail address for Peanuts either but you might try snail mail to an Australian girl, Sue, who manages the place for the Cowboy who owns it. I would guess that Cowboy is the one who has the contacts but Sue would be able to give you some info. Yep, you guessed it I don't know her surname but don't worry just address it to the manager ( Sue or Cowboy) and I'm sure you'll get an answer as it is free publicity for Peanuts. The races are usually in September/October every year, at the end of a certain season or religious period. Also try the tourist office in Denpasar, they should definitely have the info you need.
