Wai,
The only reason you are told to be careful about ready-to-eat fruit is because it will often have been washed in unsafe water. If you have to peel the fruit yourself & don't eat the peel, or can wash the skin you eat thoroughly in SAFE water, there is no reason why you shouldn't eat the fruit.
We ate fruit all the time we were in Bali, including mixtures of prepared fruit such as pineapple, watermelon & banana and had no problems at all, and we drank fruit juice regularly, also without problems. So use your own discretion, but I wouldn't worry too much unless you are concerned about being particularly susceptible to stomach problems. The fruit you mention (and most of the fruits that are commonly served in Bali such as pineapple, watermelon, papaya, snake fruit etc.) are all peeled before you eat them anyway, so unless you think the person serving them has washed the fruit with unsafe water after peeling it, or is preparing food generally in unsafe conditions, you're unlikely to have a problem.
Good luck,
Liz
