I did not mean to be so awful Sandra but I did think you were being sarcastic especially after Mark V reply. I should not have judged you by that criteria. By the way I have used hairdryers before (twice) in Bali. I have a travel unit 240V to 110V and have always used it on the 110V without a problem but it can only use the low option. This time I will take the same hairdryer and try the 240V option. I just use an electrical adapter which I purchased from Tandy's a few years ago.
