We go to Bali in May and want to climb to the summit of Gunung Agung. We have lots of hiking experience and so we want to get up without local guide. So I have some questions:
1) Where can I get a hiking map of this area?
2) Whats the best place to start the hike?
3) How long does it take to get to the top?
4) Is the hiking trail marked and easy to follow?
5) Is it also possible to climb on Gunung Abang (I read only from tours to Batur...?)
Please help me with this information and any other tips about hiking/trekking in Bali.
