well...my boyfriend and I had a romantic dinner at Jimbaran Bay. the restaurants there are scattered actually along the beach...with simple chairs and tables actually on the sand and not to far from the sea water. there, we had our chrismas dinner of fresh seafood grilled as you watch, and marinated in sauces of your choice.the food was nice for the price we paid which was quite cheap. they were served on little baskets lined with paper or banana leaves (something like that). the sunset was spectacular (even with clouds)as we could see the whole horizon. if you choose to go..be aware of the weighing scales there as they do seem to very wrong. so you might end up paying a lot of money for a lobster that was actually only half the kilograms that you really paid for. just bring a 500ml bottle of water along and pop it onto the scale if you suspect anything, and if the water bottle comes out to be about 2 kilos...you know they're trying to cheat you. Intan Cafe was about the closest to the correct weight we could find...service was good and food nice. hope i was of some assistance.
