It may actually depend what the weather feels like doing!. But you are going on the brink of their wet season. This year the wet season was right on time while last year it did not arrive till late Jan/Feb.
The best time of the year is July as the Heat is much milder and the afternoon sunsets are perfect for a romantic honeymoon.
November is nice if you are planning on late November watch out for Schoolies week as Bali gets overcrowded by hormonal teenages!!!.
