I live in Tokyo and will be flying to Bali at the end of March. I have read on this forum that you shouldn't have any difficulty getting a taxi at that hour of night. You could search the forum with words like "taxi airport" or "late night taxi."
Also, are you flying Garuda Airlines from Narita?? the 11:00am departure, arriving at 21:55? If so, I'd really like to know how your trip goes. (We are using that flight.) Would you email me or write a follow-up on this forum to let me know?
