I want to know if anyone who has been there recently or who is currently there would have information on the political unrest. I've gone to the US Embassy site, particularly the Consolate in Bali which has mentioned serious unrest in isolated areas. Anyone have an idea if things are getting worse or dying down? The US Govt is keeping a close eye on things in Indonesia in the event of an evacuation of Americans is required. This is normal for places of increasing tension where Americans may be in harms way.
