Not many people visit bali without buying a fake watch. Having an idea about how much to pay gives you an advantage against paying too much. I argued long and hard to get a watch for 20,000 rupiah. However I got ripped off in the end because the watches aren't sized and the guy said he would do it for free. Wrong!! Nothing is free in Bali. So I had to pay the guy more for switching the size. So Beware when buying watches and don't look at them if you don't intend to buy them, because you will be pestered non stop.
