Mr.Larry got the right stuff, some Balinese are loves sweet just like your self, ask also "serabi" at the supermarket. As far as I know none of the high class restaurant in Bali carry SERABI in their menu.
If you get a chance to go to Denpasar, next to POLICE STATION, you can find many many vendors selling local food, from fried banana, kue bohong, lemper (sticky rice with meats) and very sweet, try also "kolak". Kolak is very sweet sauce mix in banana or tapioka.
My questions is can your stomach handle it.?
