Dadar - coconut and palm sugar pancakes
Bubuh Injin - black rice pudding (very thick and sweet)
Banana Pancake with palm sugar syrup
You might even like their bread (I don't, it is too sweet, and spongy for me)with pineapple jam, which seems to be a fairly standard "continental breakfast" fare.
There are lots of sweet rolls available in the supermarkets and restaurants.
Banana and Coconut pancakes can often be found on restaurant menus. Black rice pudding, which has a religious significance, is a bit harder to come by. Best chance of getting it is if you stay in a family-run hotel and tell the owner you want to try it.
