The Aston is about halfway down the Tanjung Benoa peninsula.
The beach is fine, a little weedy, and not very deep, but okay
for swimming, if you like that. The pool is magnificent, with
waterfalls, jacuzzi jets, and a swim up bar. The rooms all have
balconies, and the grounds are lovely. You will love this hotel.
It costs about 4000 rupiah to go to the shopping centre, and
15-20000 to go to Kuta (though God only knows why you'd want to)
and there is a free shuttle from the hotel to Kuta at I believe
8 and 9:00 am, noon, 1:00, and 3:00, just book at the front desk.
Don't take tours from the hotel, they are expensive, hiring a
driver is cheaper. Enjoy!
