What can we take with us?

My boyfriend and I are going to Bali in 2 weeks and coming from Australia we are curious to know exactly what we can take with us. Specifically, can we take sealed pacakaged foods like cereals, tuna, coffee etc? Also, can you take a speargun?

Any help would be appreciated.
