Bali Safir Hotel & Weather in Feb

I will be leaving for Bali probably on the 8th of Feb for two weeks and have an option of staying at the Bali Safir Hotel. Could anyone tell me just how bad is the monsoon season and what is the Bali Safir Hotel like?
