Friends who have flown them would never fly with them again. one episode the plane was grounded by the FAA at Perth for faults after flying from Adelaide with the wheels unable to be retracted. Also one of the doors had to be closed with a forklift. After many hours delay with passengers on board, they were able to take off but again flew with the undercarriage down - all the way to Singapore. Safety ????
