When I asked him the price for the silk and the dressmaking Al Barbara (the owner) quoted me $40.00 US. I initially presumed he meant $40 for the silk and $40. for making it. When he told me it was $40 US total I was so surprized it didn't occur to me to talk him down in price. Glad I didn't though as he produced a beautiful lined dress in less than three days. He and his staff were very business like and nice to deal with. I'd highly recommend them - even if you had to take a cab to get there. Location is just past the Aston Bali Hotel (across the street). Actually- had we have had a longer stay I would have had him make up others. You chose the your pattern/design from regular US. pattern books. Good luck and enjoy Bali
