I'm a larger woman, about a size 18 back in Canada. I COULD NOT FIND ONE SINGLE THING THAT FIT ME IN BALI! Almost all the women there are 95 pounds soaking wet. Okay, I managed to get two t-shirts, and one men's shirt that I decided I liked enought to wear even if the buttons are 'backwards'. And I bought a couple of sarongs, hoping to have someone here in Canada use the fabric to make a vest or short sleeved blouse I could have as a souvenir. But frankly, I find it a LOT easier to get things that fit me in Canada or the U.S. The Indonesian men and women are really small people, and their XL just isn't XL by our standards. This was a shame ... I met slim women who were having a great time shopping for clothes, and I would have loved to join in.
