There are cybercafes all over Kuta. The one I used was at Ngasari Restaurant in JL Bakung Sari. They will connect you to the email program and when you are ready to start typing your message they will start a stop watch. They charged 1,000rp a min in Sep. They are open from 10am til 11pm. You can also access your email from your home computer but will need to know your logon and password. I had email sent to the hotel but found them a bit slack at getting it to me.
