Go to any frieght forwarder. Most will pickup, pack and crate anything for a very small fee. Weight has no bearing. You can fill the box with sand. It is the cube that counts. I cubic meter is around $180 US to LA. I have used one down an alley about 100 feet south of the Gazebo in Sanur. Shipped home some large stone statues. The place selling you the stuff always offers to arrange a 3 times the direct cost.
