Hi,
we stayed in Sanur and most nights went to Kuta for dinner and shopping (things got cheaper at night!).
We always got a taxi and asked them to take us to Matahari in Kuta Square, this was good as we arrived outside Matahari where there were a number of fast food places, MacDonalds, Pizza Hutt and Wendys.
The prices at Mathari were fixed meaning they were quite expensive but it was good not having to haggle.
