THE PATRA JASA IS A REASONABLE QUALITY RESORT with good swimming pools and other facilities. it is a little too far from kuta if you plan to spend a lot of time shopping at kuta/legian but the relaxing atmosphere and pleasant staff make up for the inconvenience.
make sure that any discounts you are entitled to are applied to your bill and also ensure that happy hour drink prices are applied....sometimes the staff "forget" and charge full prices.
