I stayed there with friends about 12 months ago and found it quite good. Great position on the beach and only 5 - 10 minutes walk to the centre of Kuta. The staff were friendly, really nice restaurant and street side cafe where you can have breakfast. Overall without being the best in Kuta it's got everything you need for your stay.
