A 10 day trip for two adults and a child just set us back about AU$4,000. This is staying at reasonable family places but not top class by any means.
We usually only paid for one meal a day at a nice restaurant and did not go overboard with shopping.
Clearly that is not really expensive but it does indicate that things have definitely gone up.
It will be interesting to see what happens with the tourist trade as the relative costs in Bali start to become more widely known.
I wonder what will happen next with the downward movements in exchange rates.
