I think your girlfriend will be just fine in Bali. I have seen many pregnant travellers over there and couples with very young babies. Some years ago a couple we met ended up having her baby in Bali, (early labour) everything was okay in the end, but now days they have one of the best medical centres there. So relax and enjoy your holiday it may be your last for some time!!!
