There's lots of sushi in Bali. I love sushi as well, and although the sushi in Bali is not expertly sliced, it sure is fresh. I had sushi about 4 times in the week I was in Bali, twice at the Ryoshi in Sanur, and twice at the Ryoshi in Ubud. I believe there are other branches in Kuta/Legian. For two, a platter of sushi each and some side dishes of spinach, miso soup etc, and a soft drink, I remember the cost was about 100,000 rupiah. Such a deal. I am not an adventurous sushi eater, I had maguro, and also had white marlin which has a delicious, milky taste. Happy eating!
