On those criteria you only have the Sol Elite as a choice. It is beachfront, the Risata isn't.

If you get a room facing the beach you should also be able to see it especially from the top 3 floors - this one is just slightly higher than a palm tree. Some of the Sol Elite's rooms may face the street - definitely NOT the view of choice, let alone noise.

Breeze depends on the time of year, don't know about January other than it should rain for about 10 to 20 minutes every afternoon and be fairly humid, even by Bali standards.

Risata is about 200 yards from the beach.

Neither of them has a beach worth swimming at but that depends a bit on what you're used to.

Only view from Risata rooms will be of the interior of the resort. Don't know about balconies.

As a general guide, the Sol Elite should be of a significantly higher standard that the Risata. It is a lot newer but it is also a lot bigger. Sol Elite is right next to the madhouse of Kuta Square while Risata is a 15 minute walk (3 minute taxi) away and is much quieter as a result.

CASE!
