We are planning a trip to Bali in Febuary and would like to know what the climate is like. Also anything else there is to know about Bali, like what the Garden View cottages or the Indah Beach Hotel is like?, where the safest places to eat are?, where the best shopping is and any tips on haggling with store owner's, andwhat the best tours and temples are?
