Avoid China Air and Air China. Jal & Cathay Pacific are as good as it gets. Don't know about Eva. Don't know about safty records but would bet a bunch that JaL & CP are near the top and both Chinese airlines near the bottom. Singapore and Northwesrt are also fine. Singapore may have best safety record of all.
