From what i understood, HBF gives guaranteed best Rates on the Internet booking, probably not when comparing to Worldwide Travel Agents, Walkup Rates (haggling) and so on. Again, I confirmed 14 Nights at Ramada Bintang thru my local Travel Agent at a total of less than US-$ 1000, taxes etc. included.
No, I have not made good or bad experiences, just having sent an Email to you some weeks ago in which i wanted Suggestions based on my personal wishes/needs for a Hotel, and received a standardised answer with all Offers/Prices, with no word on how these Hotels would Suit my expressed individual needs.
Still a great Site, and probably a good & trustworthy information source as well as Agency.
